7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Competent court: Pisa.
8. Specific Approval of Unfair Terms
Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the user declares that they have read and specifically approve the following clauses:
